We just updated my Tuesday night class from a 45-minute ride to a ROCKIN’ POWER HOUR! An hour of riding can be really intense, so I recommend that riders bring a secondary water bottle to ensure proper hydration. I also open the “bar” at the 45-minute point and fill up water bottles as needed.
We were all drenched after this class on Tuesday night. Every seat on the house was filled and there was some serious commitment to this ride. Our intention was “better is better” and we used that mantra to remind us that when you push hard…you can always push just a bit harder. We came out of the gate strong with an ode to Tina during Proud Mary (we pictured her rocking it out on a bike for motivation!) and I added in some new arm pumps during Rage Against the Machine. Nothing says Renegade of Funk like burning triceps.
